Returns & Exchanges

At Fig & Willow, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if a garment isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
